The Maxwell Hesse Group, LLC is a team of three professionals with over 65 years of combined service to businesses and their owners.  We help enterprises become more successful by knowing our clients and their goals and then providing advice and compliance services to help reach those goals.  Our practice consists of business entities
(S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, LLC’s) and individual clients.  We provide financial statement review and compilation, income tax planning and preparation, estate planning and estate tax returns, litigation support, and financial and management consulting.  We currently serve businesses with sales of less than $100,000 to more than $10 million, as well as numerous professionals and other individuals needing tax and advisory services.  The Maxwell Hesse Group, LLC formed in January, 2003 when Lori Hesse joined J.L. Maxwell and Company, CPA’s.

The Maxwell Hesse Group, LLC supports the community through assistance to local nonprofits, including Oregon Children’s Theatre Company and The Pangaea Project.
